An Ugly Man Won Zimbabwe's Mr Ugly Pageant [Photos]

In Zimbabwe, a 42-year-old man unemployed, Maison Sere was crowned the most ugliest man at a pageant in Harare. Maison Sere, who has several missing teeth and dressed in torn overalls, beat 5 other contestants for the $500 Mr Ugly prize - a large sum in a country facing massive unemployment.

"I want to thank God for winning this title, last time I came fourth. I just want to thank the judges for recognizing me as the winner," Sere told journalists during a night of festivities attended by 200 revelers.

Show organizer David Machowa said he created the pageant in 2012 to celebrate "beauty in ugliness". "The show last night was very successful, and I still have plans to host Mr Ugly world," he said.

Pro-Biafra Protests Erupt In Enugu _ Nigeria [+PHOTOS]

Another demonstration by members of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) was recorded on Sunday,November 8, 2015, this time in Enugu State.
